ScareCrow JunKAction
South Norwood Recreation Ground

Supported by the Mayor of London Community Weekend, Norwood JunKAction invited the public to join ScareCrow JunKAction at the South Norwood Recreation Ground.

Presented as a creative, participatory two-day event, ScareCrow JunKAction featured a litter-picking activity on the first day and an art-making workshop on the second day, using the litter collected on the previous day.

Norwood JunKAction used the scarecrow motif as a playful and humorous way to discourage people from littering in our green spaces and cultivate care for our environment.
